Inspirational Writing
Satan doesn't attack those who don't know our Lord. He attacks those who do. Why? Simple. What would be the purpose of trying to take souls he already has in his domain?
Souls that are easy prey are the ones who aren't quite sure if there is a God or not. Satan doesn't need to try very hard to get those souls.
People with a strong foundation in our Lord because of their upbringing or because one of our Lord's warriors brought them to see the light are harder for Satan to entrap. These are the ones Satan uses his subtleness to control. The deceiver is sly, sneaky, and conniving.
Our Lord is strong and steadfast. He doesn't give up. We are the ones who give up.
One of the gifts He gives is the ability to choose. It's up to us to choose between right and wrong. This is one area in which Satan chooses to work his subtleness. He wants to help you decide what is right and wrong and he will make the wrong decision look extremely attractive.
Our task is to see through his deceitfulness and choose the correct path to take. Not always easy.

Children's Writing
As a child I enjoyed reading and that enjoyment continues to this day – just ask my husband.
When I worked in a day care I read to the children under my care. I loved reading to them. They took in every word I said and if they didn't understand they asked questions. When the story involved making animal noises they all participated and we laughed with each other.
I'm in the process of writing a series of children's short stories. When I started this endeavor it came from the idea of an adult reading it to a child, much as I did when working in the day care.
Children can read the stories or if they are too young then their parents can read to their children, or teacher or care givers can read them to the children in their care, much as I did when working in the day care.
My biggest wish for my grandchildren is for them to enjoy reading as much as I do and for my children to enjoy reading stories to their children much as I did.
